Delete your Genesis360 Compact account

You can ask us to delete your Genesis360 Compact app account, published by Automation Research Group, and the personal data associated with it at any time.

How to request deletion

1. In the app, open Account → Delete my account. Or email info@automationresearchgroup.com with the subject “Delete my Genesis360 Compact account”.
2. Send the request from the email address you sign in with, so we can confirm it is your account.
3. We will confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in account (email address, name and password).
• Your access to sites and units, and your alert-email subscriptions.
• Your name and email on records of changes you made. We replace them with an anonymous marker.

What is kept

• Unit and site records. Treatment schedules, run history and alerts belong to the site that owns the units, so they remain available to that site’s other authorized users. They are no longer linked to you.
• Records the law requires us to keep, for example business or tax records, kept only as long as required.
• Backups roll off on their normal schedule, within 35 days.
